BRITISH GAS GREAT SCOTTISH SWIM 500 POSTPONED
- Entries have now closed for the British Gas Great Scottish Swim 500.
- The 500m swim is perfect for those either daunted by a mile outdoor swim or for those under 16 years old. 500m is an ideal distance to experience outdoor swimming in all its splashing glory.
- The event will start and finish in the same location as the one mile swim.
- Wetsuits are compulsory for those aged 11-16 years old, or if the water falls below 15 degrees on the day of the event.

Open to anyone over the age of 11 years, the 500m swim is perfect for those either daunted by a mile outdoor swim or for those under 16 years old.
You could swim this event as a family-children and parents or use it to test yourself swimming outdoors. 500m is an ideal distance to experience outdoor swimming in all its splashing glory.
