British Gas Great Swim 500's
Worried about swimming a mile or not old enough to enter the mile event? Then the British Gas Great Swim 500 is the answer!
Open to anyone over the age of 11 years, the 500m swim is perfect for those either daunted by a mile outdoor swim or for those under 16 years old.
You could swim this event as a family-children and parents or use it to test yourself swimming outdoors. 500m is an ideal distance to experience outdoor swimming in all its splashing glory.
